My name is Mrs. Fallon Forbes, and I am excited to get to know each and every one of my students this school year.
I grew up in Meadville, Missouri, about 12 miles east of Chillicothe, with my sister and parents. During high school, I was involved in softball, basketball, and track, which is probably where my competitive streak comes from. I graduated from high school in 2009 and then went on to attend Truman State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in English in 2012 and my Master of Arts in Education in 2014. I am recently earned my specialist's in administration.
In my rare free time, I enjoy reading, baking, practicing calligraphy, being outside, and lifting weights. I also love attending concerts and going on walks (I would run, but running is pretty much my least favorite thing ever). I also love spending time with my husband, black lab, family, and friends.
I have loved school for as long as I can remember. When mid-July rolls around, the back-to-school feeling hits; it is then that I know I am ready for a new school year. With that being said, I am excited and ready for this year and for my eighth year of teaching!
